The challenge
A property owner starts a build with no dependable way to choose a contractor: bids arrive scattered, on different terms, and cannot be compared fairly.
The approach
A sealed reverse auction that keeps bids hidden until the window closes, with verified contractor and supplier profiles and a defined path from request to handover.
The outcome
Owners compare bids on a single basis, and contractors compete on price and quality rather than on access.
