The challenge
Every judgment starts statutory clocks, such as 15 days to collect the judgment copy and then 30 days to object, and missing one can cost the case. The work is split between a project manager, legal counsel and court representatives, and substantive steps such as closing a case need the manager’s approval first.
The approach
Deadline durations are data in a catalogue the client edits, not numbers in code, and every date shows in Hijri with Gregorian beneath. Six substantive actions take effect only once the project manager approves, within a 48-hour window backed by stepped reminders. Access runs on six roles and 31 permissions checked on the server, and every change is written to an audit log with no edit or delete.
The outcome
Key deadlines open automatically from the court events that trigger them, and representatives are reminded to report 30 minutes into each hearing. A departing member’s open work moves to a replacement in one step with history intact, and management follows the portfolio through performance indicators and reports exported to Excel or PDF.
